Yoga for Scoliosis: Day 20

Twenty! Twenty days of yoga in 21 days time. I’m ill. Yesterday I was getting sick, today I am sick. I drank tea all day. I made it to work, but I wore yoga pants. I did not go to the gym, but I did do yoga. My brain is full of congestion and my nose is full of kleenex, so this guy might be a little short and sweet so I can go put a hot compress on the back of my neck.


30 Day Yoga Challenge: Day Twenty


Yesterday, I said that I didn’t like the video. I knew I could trust Adriene, because this one was perfect. It wasn’t like A TON more complex than the other, but the way she talks you through it is what I needed. Relaxing, trust-worthy, let’s ya lay on a pillow during child’s pose. Downward dog was extraaaaaaaaaa rough because of how stiff and achy I feel, and maybeeeee a runny nose, but it all was fine. I wondered why she didn’t have us do savasana, so after the video, I laid back on my back, and thought “ohhhhhhh” because with a congested, runny nose, I felt like I was drowning.


Other Notes:

  • SERIOUSLY, downdog felt awful. Super tight in the back of my legs.
  • I just want to sleep forever.
  • Also I want snacks.
