This evening, one of my friends texted me to ask for a yoga video recommendation for someone with sore hips. Perfect! This helped me decide what type of video to find for my thirteenth day in my 30-day streak. I found a gentle one for beginners for him, since that’s what he requested, and then I went on to find more to give him a leveled up option. 30 Day Yoga Challenge: Day Thirteen
I wanted to see what Sarah Beth had in store for a DEEP hip opening. This one was a bit tricky for me! I would say that if you have lower back pain, maybe wait until a good day to try this one. The crescent lunge to runner’s prep back and forth did not feel very great, BUT the long release in pigeon was amazing. I love a good pigeon.
Other Notes:
- No headache today!
- Supine figure 4 twists are probably my favorite relaxation pose.
- Same with the yogi squat.
- I made some royal milk tea! Look how creamy and good it looks in that huge old jar.
